Hotel is in a fantastic location close to the subway station, trams and buses. Very walkable to get to many of the downtown attractions. The hotel itself is great. Rooms are big, clean and have comfortable beds. Food we had for breakfast was very good. Staff were all excellent and friendly; whether that was at reception, walking around the hotel, in the restaurant or talking to the cleaning staff. It shows that Customer Service is obviously a focus point for the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if/when I come back to Toronto.

Omni king is absolute gem in the heart of downtown. I can't say enough about the amazing service and quality of room. Located right near metro for convenience. Amazingly beautiful and great staff!

Historic, elegant hotel in Old Toronto. Staff was attentive and helpful. Location was convenient, transportation readily available. Room was clean and comfortable, but windows faced another wing of the hotel, which made for a very dark ambience; even at high noon no sunlight reached the windows. Mattress was worn and sank in the middle with two below avg sized people on it, was serviceable, but not the most comfortable. We would've liked a microwave in the room and a refrigerator that cooled full time, but since we were only there two nights we didn't request either. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the King Edward.

Nice hotel with impressive lobby. My room was probably one of the dimmest light due to minimal lighting in addition to the room having zero natural light. I spend 2 nights only luckily or else it was depressing
