The check-in was quick and staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I also was informed about free drinks and snacks at 5, which was unexpected. The suite was spacious and clean with a comfortable king size bed. There was no noise from other rooms or the airport. Overall a great place to stay!!

We decided to stay at this airport hotel over others because of the airport shuttle. The shuttle for this hotel was incredibly unreliable. While we saw other hotel shuttles making frequent runs, this one only had one. We waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle only to have it arrive without room for us. It would take another 25 minutes for the shuttle to make its route so we ended up taking a taxi which ended up being $28. When we arrived at the hotel, they were incredibly rude saying that the shuttle was “complimentary” and offered a candy bar to somehow make it better. If you are selecting this hotel for the shuttle, don’t. The hotel itself was fine, it’s an older hotel that has had a big remodel and smells of smoke still.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I came early to check in snd I am glad they were able to accommodate me and fulfill my request. The breakfast was great as well. The place was very clean and lobby si spacious and bright. I will definitely stay here again.
