This room was had a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The water does have a certain mineral smell. The staff at the general store were very good to work with. We did have a hard time sleeping because of a clunk noise that happen often during the night. We never figured out what it was. Other than that we had a good experience.

Just on the edge of the Sequoia National Park this hotel provided us with a perfect base to explore. We stayed a week and loved the homely feel and somewhat old fashioned decor; it fits with the style of Three Rivers. The staff were wonderful and we had a fantastic time in this amazing area, seeing the Redwoods, Kaweah River, Kings Canyon, Slick Rock, Morro Rock, General Sherman, Tunnel Log and so on. We were welcomed at the local bar (Riverview) and enjoyed the local Pizza and Mexican too.

Based in 3 rivers, this B&B provides a comfortable and welcoming place to stay close to sequoia national park. The hosts are incredibly friendly and provide drinks, snacks and even wine at all times! Room was huge and excellently furbished with much needed central heating. Breakfasts were made fresh each day and full of fresh fruit and veg from their garden. Cannot be recommended more highly.

We spent fathers day at a local campground with our son and family. We left just before 9:00pm deadline for the last check-in time at 9:pm. The host was very nice and accomodating. The hotel is quite run down but perfect for what we were looking for: Clean comfortable beds, hot clean shower and clean flush toilet. What more do you need for camping. Our son, his wife and grandkids met us the next morning for the day up the hill to Sequoia Natl. Park.
We were so tired, the shower and bed were so good, we did not even try the TV.

Cozy place to spend one's sleeping hours. Room had a small fridge & microwave. On the last day of our stay, we found out they have a few goats (hence the "ranch") & there's even a river near by. They offer complementary DVD's &/or VHS'.
