Nice hotel near the airport. Walking distance. Very convenient and safe for a single traveller like me. Clean. I did not have any issue with airport noise. But the room next to me I did hear some noises during the night. Which is I think happens in other hotels. Overall stay was pleasant.

"Great location for exploring"
A 15 minute shuttle journey away from Schipol airport and train station made this hotel ideal for me to explore Holland by train. Very friendly staff made me feel very welcome. Hotel food was good and reasonably priced. Single beds were a little narrow, but the room was otherwise very comfortable. Room had a wet room-style bathroom. Would stay here again.

"Clean and comfortable "
Casa Hotel is a short walk from Amstel Station which is about 5 stops on the metro from central Amsterdam and has a tram line which goes directly to the museums so is very convenient for a city stay. The hotel is basic but has a lovely roof terrace bar which is very relaxed and gives the hotel quite a student vibe. The rooms are clean with large comfortable beds. My only grumble would be that some of the staff are not very accommodating. That said, I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

"Stay at Bolster"
Brilliant location - bang in the centre. New hotel. Very clean. Comfortable rooms with clean toilets. We had the attic room on the 4th floor. Hotel located in pedestrian only zone. About 20 yards from road and Rembrandtplein. Most attractions within walking distance - approx. 0.5 to 1.25km! Good eateries nearby. Disadvantages: Parking, Narrow stairway (no lift) - extremely helpful staff who helped with our luggage though!

"Nifty efficiency"
Not for everyone, but I seriously loved this place. It is well-located--trendy, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, seemed quite safe--a home away from home. You have to not mind climbing stairs to crawl into bed but the living area has a low, but comfortable small sofa, a kitchen table, a big-enough screen tv and a galley kitchen with a very efficient small refrigerator, that was able to crank out ice-cube trays in fairly short order (important to me since I like ice--but, you could also go upstairs and get ice too). There were many nice touches, and humor too.....even the hallway carpet was a gray cobble-stone print! There are community laundry facilities, your own clothesline in room, and cabinets to leave your luggage in if you arrive early or leave late which you can get to on your own. There was even an app to open your room. Friendly, helpful 'side-kicks' to help you settle in.

"Treated Very Well!"
Wonderful 4 day stay while visiting Amsterdam for the first time. The "front desk" staff really went out of their way for me. I arrived many hours before check-in time after an overnight flight, but I was told I would be able to get a room when one became available. I was tired, and I told them I would be in the lobby waiting. And sure enough, within an hour, they actually came looking for me! That extra effort was extremely appreciated...

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
