After checked in and received room key, went to room and was a bit shocked as when door opened bed was not made along with towels on bathroom floor. It appeared as the room was already occupied and/or not cleaned for next guest(s). Therefore, headed back down to front desk and they were very apologetic and provided new room as well as provided comp tickets for free breakfast. They even offered to move to another room the next day if available for a lake view. Sincere and quick to fix.

We stayed there for the last two nights of our 2-week trip in Alaska. We wanted to have good rest and sleep before our long trip back to Georgia. The front desk staffs are nice and friendly. No problem with parking and lobby and hallways seems very clean. The room set up is nice and looked clean until I sat down on the couch. It still has dog's hair in them. It doesn't seem it was vacuumed properly When i lay on the bed I still feel some dogs hair in it, too. I love dogs but I don't like dog's hair all over me. I have stayed in a hotel that allowed pets before but never had these problems. The toilet paper dispenser is right across the wall in front of the toilet seat which is about 5 feet away. My husband is 6'2" tall and still couldn't reach it without lifting his bottom off the seat. Imagine me, a 5'2" woman. I guess, you get what you paid for.
