I was a little skeptical when I first walked in the room, it looked very old. It ended up being very clean. The pillows and mattress were not very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. We loved the bonfire in the evening.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Setting of hotel is very attractive. Some areas appear to need more careful maintenance. We had two leaks in the ceiling of our room. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. Shuttle service from hotel to restaurants was very nice. Overall nice experience. Curt

The only thing was when I opened the door to the bathroom there was a cow web with a spider, looked like it had been there for sometime. Location was good.
