No in house restaurant makes it a bit problematic. It may be that one day you don't feel like taking out the car to drive to one of the cities nearby OR you may not have a car if you are here for a conference etc.
Many restaurants around do not deliver.
Other than that, the heated pool and tennis courts add to the appeal. Property is nice with different kinds of accommodations for different needs.
My room was big and decent but was properly outdated and yet overpriced.
Overall, recommended but book early to avoid feeling like you are paying too much for not the best value for money.

Nicely located at the base of the Squaw valley ski resort. Easy access to the lift. Hope the stuff accommodations would be more flexible and in-room furniture could include more family-friendly options like cookware such as Microwave...
Overall, it is a good bargain in the non-peak season for skiing.

First time we’ve stayed at Mourelatos and it won’t be the last! Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and cute kitchenette with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Staff was friendly and professional. The only drawback was that we needed an ADA accessible room and were accommodated however the room was not truly accessible. We’ve travelled enough to know to bring a shower chair with us for our needs and it came in handy as there isn’t an ADA tub or roll in shower available. That being said, we still plan to return as the benefits exceeded any drawbacks...the place is beautiful and the stay was fantastic!
