This is not a luxury hotel and it's not located in the nicest part of the city, so you probably don't want to stay there for a week, but if you need a place to spend a night or two between flights, it is a very good option. The hotel is pretty basic, but clean. Spacious rooms, good size beds and everything works. The staff is nice and speaks enough english. There is even a pretty good restaurant in the hotel which may be your best option to eat in terms of cleanliness. There is a market walking distance and plenty of street food too. Nobody speaks English, but everybody is very nice. No safety issues. Worth mentioning that the hotel has free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Close to the airport and exactly what I needed after a long flight. This is a 3-star hotel so there were no frills or outstanding things really, other than the staff. The room and shower were clean, the AC worked, and bed was fairly comfy. The staff speaks some pretty good English and were very helpful. They called around and found me a bus to my town and even helped with a cab to the bus station after that. So friendly and accommodating!

As a cheap hotel close to the airport for short stops, you couldn't ask for more. Clean rooms, friendly staff and very cheap. Airport transfers are available and breakfast was very good. Wi-Fi availability, although included, was a bit patchy at the extremities of the hotel but that was probably due to the Wi-Fi router location and low signal strength.
Perfect for Airport access, but a bit too far from the city centre.

Great airport hotel - rooms aren't brilliant - in fact a bit shabby - but for one night it's great
What the rooms lack the staff more than make up for - we arrived early and checked in no problem - we were hungry and they made us some breakfast - even though they had finished two hours earlier!
They printed off our boarding cards and in the morning we asked for a taxi for 0615 and it was there waiting!

I had my wife and two young kids. We had 12 hour transit in Bangkok before our next flight and needed some place for layover. The staff was very cooperative, understood my needs and allowed early check in. We had enough time to rest before our next flight.

The room was quite spacious, nice and clean. The bed was a bit to firm for me, but fine for one night. The staff should probably explain how shower works, it was not one I had ever used before, could not get any hot water. All in all was a pleasant stay.
