The phone support received was phenomenal! Thank you Ms. Jeanie (I think was her name) Wasn't difficult to find. Kinda secluded & very quiet. The cabin was very welcoming-tv's on with light music, low lighting, hot tub on & cute welcome set up on main floor bed. The Kitchen was set up nice. Needs new pool sticks & table leveled. Awesome getaway

Gatlinburg has plenty of motel rooms. This one was good value, slightly dated but centrally located. The ease of parking and parking pass were worth while. Our room was basic and a little worn, but very clean and uber spacious. Did not use the restaurant.

The price is awesome. View of stream from balcony is beautiful. Comfy bed. Had everything I needed...Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, beds and a tv. Room not real big, but plenty of room for me! Will return there every time.

During check-in I let the staff catch me in a mistake. The manager, Katrina asked for my credit card & ID and I gave them to her (even though I paid Expedia,) and then she told me to go park my car leaving the cards with her like an idiot. I made sure to get her name and remember her description just in case. I hope my card and identity aren't used fraudulently.
The room was very clean and had been moderately updated in materials and surfaces. My wife was impressed with that and that's important! The sheets and blankets seemed fresh but the pillows were just too small for me.
Overall, the room, and breakfast was more than acceptable and I would come back but keeping my credit card and ID while I'm parking is a big No-No for me.

First I have to say the location alone is worth the price. That being said the hotel itself is in bad need of a face-lift and some renovations. The elevators and the hallways are dark and dingy the rooms are on the small side and definitely need some help. The ac units are older, very noisy. The bed TV and fridge were in working order. The bathroom while having wonderful water pressure did have a fair share of mold mildew and rotten stucco. The sink was missing a plunger and most hardware. Most of the floor tiles were cracked and as stated the walls were a stucco type material that was definitely dated.
