Needed a decent place to say for a weekend in Galinburg. Crossroads Inn & Suites fit the bill. It is within walking distance of Gatlinburg's main strip, which was great because traffic was bumper to bumper most of the weekend. Hotel staff were friendly and quick and check in and out were a breeze; took literal seconds. Room layout was interesting but comfortable, and had more than enough space for two people.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND NICE. I THINK THE FRONT-DESK CLERKS NEED TO KNOW HOW TO USE THE FIREPLACE. WE HAVE TO WALK TO THE FRONT-DESK TO GET WOOD. I FEEL LIKE EACH ROOM SHOULD ALREADY HAVE WOOD BEFORE RENTING THEM OUT.

We got 2 rooms. Room 1 for me my wife and our oldest don. Room 2 for my youngest son, daughter in law and first granddaughter. The rooms were to be connecting. When we arrived they had been separated. Ogher than that the rooms were ok.

Was disappointed st the "upgrades". That had been advertised to have been made. The hotel is just old. Our room had an odor of smoke in it. There were not many electrical outlets in the room at all. The walls were very thin as we could hear our neighbors children at all hours of the day and night. The sliding door would not stay closed without a horizontal bar across it. The bed linens were worn. The only thing I liked about it was the location. The parking garage was obviously not made to accommodate today's large vehicles as we had to park in two spaces for us to even be able to get out of our SUV. I would not stay here again.
