For us this was within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg but I could see where others would not consider that walking distance. Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean. Our room was pool side so Saturday night was VERY noisy until about 1am. The pool was very nice, I could see how for a family that would be a bonus. We didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep so it worked for us.

Great location off of the main strip of Gatlinburg. A very easy walk to the shops, restaurants, etc. This isn't a fancy hotel but was definitely a great value. I would stay here again on a return visit.

Room was very clean and set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable, and slept well. Noise level was non-existence for the most part. Their breakfast was fair, selection was limited. Staff very friendly upon check-in and throughout our stay-Would recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay at Baskins Creek. We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday. Express Check-in made it super easy -- we arrived and went straight to the room. The room was pretty much spotless, with a giant living, dining, kitchen open area, and two bedrooms off either side. One bedroom was a master with a king bed (and a GIANT spa bathtub, woohoo!), and the other had two queens. The unit had dishes and pots and pans and a washer/dryer combo and pretty much everything you'd need to stay a while. We will absolutely consider staying here again next time we come.
