We had a great stay at Baskins Creek. We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday. Express Check-in made it super easy -- we arrived and went straight to the room. The room was pretty much spotless, with a giant living, dining, kitchen open area, and two bedrooms off either side. One bedroom was a master with a king bed (and a GIANT spa bathtub, woohoo!), and the other had two queens. The unit had dishes and pots and pans and a washer/dryer combo and pretty much everything you'd need to stay a while. We will absolutely consider staying here again next time we come.

We were greeted by a well-informed host who guided us through the initial contract at registration in a minimal amount of time! The accommodations were in great condition and ready for our visit, well-equipped with all amenities. Located in the crafts district of Gatlinburg, TN, this area is one that we have enjoyed for years, so it was convenient to all of the sites we love to visit. Nestled on a quiet mountainside in the Smokies, we enjoyed a beautiful view from our shaded porch. A storm came through and the power was out for about six hours, but this delay was primarily the utility's fault, not the facility. This was our first time to stay here, but we would definitely consider this place again!

This was our favorite place we've ever stayed (we're frequent travelers). The perfect place to unwind and relax. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs and listening to the birds singing, instrumental music which was playing through the speakers, looking around at the beautiful flowers in the many garden areas and enjoying the nature surrounding us! Service was excellent and the breakfast provided each morning was superb!! We will definitely be back!

Not a 4 star but not the 4 star price either. Everything was pretty basic. Clean but in bad need of updating. Hotel staff are great! Really make you feel welcome. I had a king suite on the 7th floor, very roomy and bed was very comfortable. Only issue I had was the balcony wasn't private. It was shared with the suite next door. Still, big enough so you didn't have to interact with the neighbors!
