Great price for a Nice newer hotel with clean comfortable large room. Full size fridge and kitchenette was a nice bonus but you have bring your own kitchenware or rent theirs. Maid service every 4th day and no pool but great bang for the buck. Right off the freeway so some road noise might bother lite sleepers.

After reading reviews of various lower priced hotels in the area - I decided stay at this hotel based on the reviews and was pleasantly surprised how accurate they are. Clean room, very quiet even though next to the highway, friendly staff, easy checkin and check out.

Really cheap compared to others in the area. Probably due to The hotel being very old and outdated. The room was "clean" but felt nasty due Everything being dingy. I wore my shoes until I got in bed . The old box tv was melted on top. The towels are really small and rough. The stove top was old and rusty. But overall The bed was fine I slept good and I felt safe. I would recommend if your on a budget.

The room was not ready we had to wait the reason they had 4 people call in...hmmm call others in??? When we finally got into the room my grandson found a toy just laying next to the bed, ok and you cleaned our room? The problem was they had no other rooms to switch to, because they were booked and of course housekeeping had already left for the night. The fridge was broke and so was the blow dryer.....

East of Spokane, this city of more than 80,000 was born from a handful of existing farming towns. Avista Stadium is here, home of the Spokane Indians minor league baseball team. For recreation, visitors trek the Centennial Trail along the Spokane River, popular with kayakers. Both river and trail can be accessed from Mirabeau Point Park, whose boundary also contains CenterPlace Event Center.
