"Very modern, stylish and still comfortable hotel "
Loved the hotel decor, rooms well fitted with all the facilities you need. The bar was lovely and a new very modern kitchen style dining room (which we didnt try) . The reception staff were very helpful.

Lovely hotel, room was clean and very spacious. Car parking is available at £5 which is far for extortionate. Staff where polite and helpful where they could be. A shame southport hasn't much to offer but the hotel isn't at fault for that!

very quiet even though there was a party at the ground floor. Room 101 is very good. If you don't want a queue at breakfast get down early. The fried eggs and bacon were cold as were the plates. Something should be done about this.

The staff and management were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the facilities are excellent. Part of the hotel is in need of some repair and paint, but this is only cosmetic and is confined to the entrance and is due to the lack of available tradesmen/women. The breakfast choice is the best I have ever seen at a B&B and is cooked to perfection! A very comfortable few nights were spent here and I slept very well. Not a long walk into the town centre and the surrounding area is very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Southport and I will be staying at Edendale House during my next visit.
