The front desk staff was extremely nice and gave us a free upgrade upon our asking. The room was impeccably clean and large, with a full kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer, and separate bedroom. They offer free shuttles to the Strip and to a grocery store. The hot tub was extremely clean and had a waterfall running into it. We had very, very easy parking as opposed to staying at a hotel on the strip. There is a lot of attention paid to detail at this resort, and it didn't go unnoticed. One thing that they should emphasize, though, is that if you don't check out right at 10:00 AM, you are charged a $32 fee. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel definitely needs some updates, in the rooms and overall. The entire hotel has only 1 elevator. Housekeeping is a bit loud in the morning, so if you're hungover and trying to sleep, good luck. Overall the staff was very friendly. I would recommend if you're just trying to stay as close to the strip as you can and have a smaller budget.

We have been to Vegas a few times before so we decided to stay off the strip to have a more relaxing experience. The resort was beautiful, staff was friendly and we had free shuttle access to/from the airport and the strip which was great! The restaurants were all very good and the staff were very friendly. The pools were also great with good service for food and drinks. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be back sometime soon :)

Everything was excellent about this place. Huge pool. Lazy river pool also. 2 hot tubs with one used by adults only. There is a shuttle that takes you to two stops along the Strip. The room was huge with a separate living and kitchen space. Our only complaint was not being served in a timely manner when we visited the "beers and bites bar" in the evening so we left. Overall it's a great place and the pool water is warm enough that the kids can play in there for ages.

The resorts include The Rio and The Palms, as well as smaller ones. Newer resorts such as South Point and the M Resort are about 8 miles away from the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, also part of this area.
