All services crews from the manager down to everyone are so nice, the resort little bit small ,only 100 rooms, but the room so comfortable, we are group about 45 people and they let us have the whole dining room for 1 night and half of the outside restaurant, thank you so much.

This hotel has a great location between the marina and town so everything is a quick and cheep cab ride away. The room was clean and quiet. However, I do wish the air conditioning worked a bit better. The staff are all so friendly. They could improve their beach are a bit but the adults pool was great (they move the kids out quick if the slip through). Over all you get what you pay for! It was fine and I would stay again if I got the trip as cheep as I got this one!

If you're looking for an inexpensive, no frills stay, this is a great option. The staff in every area were extremely helpful, positive, nice and always had a greeting with a smile on their face. The front desk helped us get an appointment with a really great local dentist, a trip to a beautiful grand cathedral and to several exceptional restaurants. Everything was very clean and well kept.
We were only in our room long enough to shower and sleep for a 5 day stay. If this is the type of getaway you're looking for, I don't think you can go wrong for the price.
Pool was small but clean and just fine for a quick dip to cool off. Almost everyone we met were Canadian and they really enjoyed hanging at the pool for the day. I preferred to get out and walk the soles off my shoes until it was time to stop for a cold Corona for 20 to 25 pesos. Current exchange rate is about 18 pesos to $1., do the math on that!
By the way, we ate everything from burgers to seafood soup. No problems and delicious all the way around.

Stayed for week to see what it was like. Great location in that buses stop right out front that will get you any where. Taxi stand on the side street. Lots of restaurants close. Hotel is presently renovating gradually room by room. Updating tile flooring, bathrooms and replacing windows and patio doors. A room with the new windows and doors is quieter than one with the old. Traffic noise abates about 11:00 p.m. And starts again about 5:00 a.m. Nice but small roof top pool, with loungers, tables and chairs and a palapa with comfy sofa and chairs. Excellent staff. Maid service every day. It is a Mexican hotel constructed of concrete and tile. No frills but you have the freedom to roam to get out and go. A couple of blocks to the beach next to Secrets and Amber now. we are going back in November into a suite.

The reason we really enjoy the Hotel Hacienda Vallarta Las Glorias is that it is one of the best authentic little BOUTIQUE hotels in Puerto Vallarta. The hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful. The pool was always kept in pristine condition during our ten day visit even when there have been several children and adults enjoying the spring break in very pleasant courtyard type garden environment. Although an older, smaller hotel it has the best of the old world Mexican atmosphere rather than the more sterile environment of some of the bigger, more expensive hotels in the areas of Las Glorias. The manager was more than helpful and has an excellent rapport with both the staff and the clients. Bill & Margaret

Great resort and staff. Everything is near by to the this resort. Taxis are cheap food is great, pool is spacious. Drinks are great with a waiter bringing you a drink as soon your current drink is almost empty! WARNING*** Do not do the the four stop city tour*** it is a waste of time and money. They rush you around to a bunch of planned tourist traps and attempt to get you to buy things. Take a cab for 50 pesos to the city/boardwalk and walk around yourself.

Because of the surrounding resorts, this area’s beaches are among the most crowded in Puerto Vallarta. Playa las Glorias’ gray-sand beach is popular for boating and parasailing. Around hotel row, street vendors hawk silver jewelry and other small souvenirs. Nearby, daily soccer matches take place at the municipal sports stadium, which also has a top-notch track and field facility.
