It took me about 30 minutes to find Tyler Street where the Euro Inn is located. There was also a Value Inn about one block from the Euro Inn which further confused the issue.I stopped at the Value Inn several times before someone that I flagged down pointed out this fact to me.The Euro Inn is located one block west of the Value Inn.
In addition, even though I did not arrive until mid afternoon the room which I had reserved was not ready. It had to be cleaned.I waited approximately 30 minutes before the room was ready for me.
However, the positive side the hotel staff was friendly and responsive. For example,"Sunny" the morning manager/owner of the Euro Inn provided me flatter bed pillows which were more to my liking soon after I requested them. The room was clean and basically quiet.I was concerned about getting an inexpensive yet quiet room/hotel located in the vicinity of the New Orleans area. The
Euro Inn fulfilled all of these expectations/ personal desires.

Only stayed one night...arrived close to midnight and left around 7am. So we didnt get to check out anything other than our room. It was actually a cute room with laminate floors and updated bedding. Roomy too. I would stay here again, especially if I needed something for a quick, cheap stay.

Slidell is a growing suburb located two miles inland and north of New Orleans. Here is where you can experience culture outside of the city including plantation tours, swamp tours, and cemetery tours. If you’re a Mardi Gras fan Slidell has a few small parades including The Krewe of Selene, Krewe of Bilge a boat parade, and the offbeat Mona Lisa and Moon Pie with handmade non-motorized floats.
