There wasn't much of a view out the window, but I didn't pay for a view. I paid for a clean, comfortable room and a hot shower and that's exactly what I got. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I don't remember the lady's name that checked me in, but she was great at her job and made me feel very cared-for. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Me and my wife continued to come to The Shilo Inn whenever we stay in Bend mostly due to the fact that it's the one with the most availability especially on the toughest holidays. The staff is always friendly however the rooms are still very outdated and we were still charged for a non-working fold out bed. They should have mentioned to us at the bed was not working from the very beginning and then offered us a different room. When we stayed at the Shiloh in 2016 the breakfast was much better this time pretty terrible and the decor is too dark and morbid. Hopefully they can improve on these areas

First time here but not the best experience. Our room was 2 feet from the front desk in the lobby and you could hear everyone that came to the front desk. All night long you could hear people in the lobby. Hotel itself was very nice just not location of our room

Nice staff, clean room, towels like sandpaper and a bed that felt like all springs. Awful bed with no comfort. I did however like that fact that the carpet has been removed and the hard floor is cleaner.

We (me, wife and 18 year old son) stayed at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend. It is clear from the moment you pull up to the hotel that they place tremendous emphasis on service. The valet driver was so friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Upon letting them know we had a small dog with us, they indicated they would have a special dog arrival set up in our room that afternoon. The gentleman that helped us with our car upon our arrival also brought our luggage to our room. He thoroughly explained to us all the features in the room, great coffee and restaurants located nearby. Upon learning that our son loved playing guitar, the porter let us know that he would be happy to bring up to our room a Breedlove acoustic guitar (a local guitar manufacturer) that our son could use while we were staying at the hotel. Our room was beautiful and large...located on the 3rd floor was a nice balcony and view of downtown. After we unloaded our stuff, we walked down the street to get some lunch and when we arrived back at the hotel, there waiting for us in our room was the doggie set up (mat, bowls, treats and complimentary travel water bowl) and guitar. That evening when we left for dinner, when we arrived back at the hotel, they had completed the turndown service and the sofa bed for our son was fully ready to go and they must have brought in the mattress for the sofa bad because it was a larger, memory foam like mattress...extremely comfortable. Great service!!!

Named for the Three Sisters mountain peaks of the Cascades, the town of Sisters features one of the most photographed buildings in central Oregon--the old Hotel Sisters. The hotel was built in 1912 and currently houses Bronco Billy's Ranch Grill and Saloon. Northwest of the city, Suttle Lake offers a calm afternoon retreat and is a haven for windsurfers, depending on the day's weather.
