One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Clean, convenient, discrete, great food, amazing service! We were greeted by the GM, Romina who made sure we had everything we needed. The view, the pool, the bar, the restaurant, even the parking, they were excellent! We will return!

Great views and hot bath

Beautiful hotel with amazing hot bath. Great location by shops and castle. Free breakfast had great pastries and dinner was delicious as well. Spa also had steam room and sauna with view of castle. Parking was easy out front and gated. Will stay again for sure!

A wonderful and excellent property. Super comfortable, beautiful setting, amazing pool, 5-star bedding and rooms. Awesome breakfast and food. We’ll be back! The only issue we had was the hotel is listed as family friendly and we even ordered a crib for one of our rooms. However… its really not for children younger than 10 years old. The kids can't go in the thermal pool for more than 10 minutes, and the hotel would prefer quiet. And try to keep toddlers quiet and out of the pool.

Anyone who gives this hotel a bad rating is incapable of being pleased. The location alone is breathtaking, the views indescribable and the service impeccable. I don’t care the air conditioning wasn’t that great as I’ve heard some complain about. The restaurant was a fine dining experience and the wait staff so attentive. We spent five nights here and hated to depart to our next destination. I would recommend if you stay here to take advantage of the grand Terme Sirimone Thermal Spa just a short walk away. If possible I’d spend a day here indulging in the services, facilities and amazing thermal spa.

Amazing and Relaxing

The Grand Hotel Terme Sirmione was amazing! The property is beautiful and relaxing! I enjoyed a massage in the Spa and relaxing at the thermal pool. The breakfast was delicious. The location is close to town and where you get the ferry. The staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend!

Best things are the location, cause it’s walkable to main spots, and the thermal water pool. But it’s not a 5 star hotel. Few options to eat inside the hotel, quite basic and very expensive for the standard. Rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was kind and willing to help. We got a room in front of a laundry closet, there was too much noise coming from it.
