"The Steffani Hotel - Perfect Location"
This hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of St. Moritz. The staff dressed in traditional clothing were marvellous ... Clio and Raffaella at reception were delightful and very helpful throughout our short stay. Andrea at the bar and table service was also fantastic ... and the 4 course dinner was well worth the 50CHF. We were given an upgrade which was unexpected but really appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in S. Moritz.

Hauser Swiss Quality Hotel

"Centrally located Hotel."
This 'hotel' is very well located in the central part of the village & depending on your room you will have a view of the lake. Our room, on the fourth floor had been renovated some two years prior & yet the timber smell was still obvious...very pleasant. The room has plenty of space & the two guest lifts go straight down to the Restaurant & Bakery as no need to go outside particularly when it's cold outside. We had dinner & breakfast in the Restaurant and both meals were very good. The hotel will even drop you down to the railway station, all you need to do is arrange it when you check in...I'm told that they will also pick you up if you let them know beforehand or call from the Station on arrival. Would certainly recommend.

Hotel Saratz Pontresina

Via da la Staziun 2, Pontresina - Map
"Great historic hotel"
Nested at the entrance of the little quaint village of Pontresina, near St. Moritz, Saratz is not the most impressive hotel in the village, the Kronenhof and the Walther steal the show here, but it compensates by its service, its comfort and the attention to detail I was looking for. The hotel manager came to greet me and shake my hand upon arrival and then upon departure as well, something not seen often, making a personal connection leaving you with a warm feeling you somehow counted. They picked me up at the train station for free and dropped me off as well. The hotel has 2 distinct parts, a historic one with the breakfast room and restaurants and the modern one with the reception and the bar. While I am not a big fan of 60-70s architecture in the mountain, they somehow did a great job in not making it stand out too much but at night the lights did an awesome job at making it particularly welcoming. I loved the modern looking bar with its warm-toned stones and the contemporary fireplace. I stayed in a double room in the modern section and enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, the modern bathroom with powerful shower and it's odd toilet. Wifi works well and fast, a welcome feature. Breakfast in the historic room of the old section was great, huge selection of bread, jams and some warm fares. I have not tried the spa but my friends staying there longer experienced it everyday and could not stop raving about it. I would stay there again if in the region.

"Nice Hotel close to transportation "
We arrived by train to St Moritz. At the train station, we took the local transit to the hotel. The bus was conveniently located and we were able to transport all our luggage on the bus. The hotel is approxately 10-15 minutes from the train station by bus. When we checked in, the front desk clerk was very friendly and was able to provide information regarding St Moritz. The restaurant was quite large and there was a bar located in the hotel. We chose to eat there. The food was very good and the service was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. As we only stayed one night, the checkout the next morning was prompt and the clerk courteous providing us with information about the bus schedule back to the train station. The only disappointment was that the shops close early in the evening. We arrived in St Moritz at 5:00 and by the time we arrived at the hotel, checked in and ventured out for a walk the shops were closed. I would recommend this hotel.

Silsersee is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Silsersee, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Silsersee hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
