"Excellent experience! Excellent hotel!"
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay in! The staff was great! The location is perfect if you want to avoid mass quantities of tourists. Beautiful beaches and great things to do near by. Watch sea turtles at night right in front of your room. I'll definitely go there again!

Super nice place close to town. Love the condo style and whole vibe. Nice little pool perfect for dipping and keeping cool. Very clean and nice staff. Far from the beach and really too hot to bike there daily in August.

"Amazing Hotel"
Stayed 3 nights and I wish I would have stayed more! The hotel is beautiful, the service is amazing. Service: excellent check in and check out process was fast and informative. We received a welcome drink and it was delicious and refreshing. Our room was ready early and we were happy about that. They offer free bikes for hotel guests and this was awesome because slot of other places rent them. Room: huge!!!! Very clean and had everything we needed including a water bottle. Bf: is included and delicious. Juice of the day were all refreshing and natural. You should now that some ingredients are for extra charge if you want them on your order(bacon, ham, cheese, avocado) but they will let you know before hand. Overall my experience was amazing and I will return in the future!

"Beautiful hotel away from the bustle of Tulum town"
This hotel is a gem - every last detail has been carefully considered and the design is gorgeous. We were happy to sit in the bar area just looking across the pool to the mid-century modern buildings. The staff are lovely; they had all sorts of good advice about where to go, what to do, what to eat, which beaches to visit. But all of the staff were great. Our maid noticed how we used the room space (like where we put our books) and accommodated the cleaning around it. All in it, we spent a restful, relaxing time in a beautiful hotel. We look forward to going back.

Palms hotel was a prefect location, situated at the end of the main strip in Tulum. Extremely handy having free bikes, which we used to cycle to the Tulum Ruins (10mins) to the Paraiso Beach club (15mins). Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would stay again!

"nice -n- cozy "
My wife and i decided to visit Tulum for our honeymoon trip. What inatialty caught our attention was the cenotes and crystal blue beaches from the caribbean sea. We wanted a hotel that was intimate, classy, and beautiful. Hotel ArenaBlue, met all our expectations and some. I love how clean and green the property is. Furthermore, you're steps away from beautiful Tulum beaches. We stayed in a cabana on the second floor overlooking the ocean. The views were always amazing. We had a hammock and a bed on the balcony which we used to relax and nap when needed. This is a small hotel, so the beach is never crowded. It was awesome!! All staff members are really welcoming, helpful, attentive, and friendly. Honestly, they make you feel so comfortable as far as not making you feel like you're a pest when asking for recommendations and things to do around Tulum. Breakfast is included daily at no charge. Again, this is not your typical scrambled eggs with different choices of cereal breakfast. You have a menu to select your breakfast of choice w freshly squeezed orange juice.

"Very clean"
There is no beach at all so pool only and it closes at 8pm. Pool bar closes at 6pm and restaurant on pool level. The food is ok but we found ourselves eating downtown for the flavor. We rented a car and saved a lot of money on driving to excursion spots. Hotels along beach offer a lot to do and see besides downtown. Don't be afraid of the iguanas they run away and are everywhere.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
