Hotel is a bit old but the rooms are ok and the food is good but it's the location does it for us
Very central. Walking distance to mbk discovery and Siam paragon
Sky train at your door step and one stop from train to the airport

Overall experience is good. But some of the front line staff are not very proficient in English and attitude appeared not too warm.
There was electric kettle provided in the room but no tea/coffee supplies in the room. Something which is not clearly stated while I made the booking.

Magical, comfortable, relaxing. The staff made the transition to a new country and culture easy with a free flow of information. They remembered me and made the stay even more personal. Suggestions of what to see and what do came with ease. The room was larger than expected with a unusual layout. It had a large and comfortable bathroom with both a tub and shower with colored lights. Very romantic and pleasing.

I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable as were the couches. The location was nice. It was close to many attractions but not terribly noisy. The staff was very polite. The pool was well kept and the gym was very impressive. Would recommend.

“Downtown” refers to a cluster of swanky entertainment and shopping complexes radiating out from Siam Square in the Puthumwan district. The square features everything from designer boutiques, to cafés, banks, and bookshops, and is across from other shopping centers such as Siam Discovery, Siam Center, and Paragon. Jim Thompson’s Thai House Museum is a must-see. The skytrain provides convenient access to all.
