We stayed in a club room on the 19th floor. Breakfast at the Pavillion was extremely underwhelming to say the least we ate at 8am and practically all the offerings were empty. We waited for some time for them to be replaced but when this did not happen we walked out and went to the club lounge for breakfast instead. We told them what had happened and they said there was a large group staying at the hotel who were currently eating at Pavillion and had taken all the food. Not a great first impression! However, the club lounge breakfast was fantastic as were the staff. We were always warmly welcomed there and Sip in particular was always so friendly and kind to my nine year old son. The club room was also great. Nice big bed and a great view of lumpini park.

"Clean hotel, showing its age, worst lifts ever! "
We stayed here with some friends. We chose the tower club rooms, they were clean, however beginning to show signs of age. Our hot water wasn't working for 2 out of the 4 days we were here, and finally afternoon 2 attempts maintenance fixed the problem. The lifts for the tower rooms are absolutely ridiculous and take you're forever waiting for them. The staff always send lifts to the top floor for their roof top bar meaning the hotel guest Spend the majority of the time waiting for them. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again because of this.

Overall the hotel is very good in terms of their staff, room and environment.
The location is a bit far from BTS but with Uber now is very convenient as in picking up and drop off.
My friend was very satisfied for the room. Very near to their local morning market where we can explore to local life and some nice food stall for breakfast craving. 7-11 is also a few steps away. The massage on the left of the hotel entrance was good.

We really appreciate the mgmt for preparing a small cake for the occasion of my wife birthday on the 14 July. We have had a great stay and were welcome by a friendly and soft spoken front desk staff named Bank at abt 1.30am - 14 July. We will definitely going to stay at Pullman Hotel G again when we visit Bangkok soon.

“Downtown” refers to a cluster of swanky entertainment and shopping complexes radiating out from Siam Square in the Puthumwan district. The square features everything from designer boutiques, to cafés, banks, and bookshops, and is across from other shopping centers such as Siam Discovery, Siam Center, and Paragon. Jim Thompson’s Thai House Museum is a must-see. The skytrain provides convenient access to all.
