This is quite a spiffy new hotel in the middle of Shinjuku. It is literally next to the Seibu-Shinjuku station (Don't confuse it with the main Shinjuku station) and a 5 minute walk to the main Shinjuku station. Everything is new but quite small (and cozy) and amazingly clean with all the technological gizmos. There is also a public onsen on the top floor which is also quite spiffy along with an open air room.

This hotel is located near Nishi-shinjuku gochome metro station, which is only 2 stops away from Shinjuku station. Plus point for people who wanna stay near the city area but yet want a quiet place. Its a short <5mins walk from the metro station.
The hotel is located beside a 24-hrs Macdonalds, there are at least 3 nos. of 24-hrs convenience stores around it, a Matsuya, Sukiya and Coco curry rice. I don't think one could ever go hungry....
We checked in at 11pm after a long day outdoors shopping and walking. Receptionist was warm in greeting us and proceeded to check us in promptly. We were pleasantly surprised to know that our luggage were in our room waiting for us, as we had Ta-Q-Bin deliver it the day before.
The hotel room itself was clean and quite spacious. Air-con was working fine. The bathroom was very clean and the hot shower worked fine too. There was a washing machine + dryer but we didn't use it (the hotel provided a packet of detergent for us).
When we checked out, we enquired about the express bus service that can take us to Haneda Airport directly. The receptionist kindly explained to us the rates and the timings of the bus. Furthermore, he helped us booked seats for it (later on we realised it needed to be booked). We had to walk to another nearby hotel to catch the bus though.
Overall it was a pleasant stay for us, there was nothing we found lacking in. Thank you Tokyu Stay!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our recent Japan trip. The hotel location is very conveniently located within walking distance to Shinjuku station and there are lots of eating places under the hotel building as well as nearby street. The room is very small but it is clean and comfortable enough for our shirt stay.

This sprawling business, commercial, and entertainment center never lets up. It is a modern Japanese phenomenon with shopping arcades, flashing neon signs, stand-up noodle bars, and side-street video screens. Some two million people pass through the train station alone. Futuristic-looking City Hall offers a free observation deck with great city views.
