I stayed for two nights. Both mornings, when I came down for breakfast, I noticed that several of the tables had not been washed off. There were crumbs and sticky stuff on a few, and I was not the only guest to wash them off. There was someone from the staff standing there, I assume she was keeping an eye on when food ran out. But if she's going to be there, it might be nice if she could wash off the table when someone leaves and before someone uses the table again. Other than that, I found it to be a comfortable hotel to stay in; the only staff I interacted with were at the front desk and they were quite pleasant.

When arriving at the hotel, we came across a very sweet, humble, polite, funny, and energetic staff name Dana. We hitted off instantly and we got free chocolate chip cookies, because it was chocolate chip day. All the amenities were there and we were unable to use at that time, but will do so in near future. We will return real soon and this time enjoy the pool and the exercise room too. Recommended to everyone. The breakfast was good too. Thank you guys for making us feel welcome. See ya real soon.

Family brings me to Vermont often. I prefer to stay downtown Burlington where Church Street stores & restaurants are steps away. However, when there are no deals to be had downtown I have discovered this gem of a hotel, when priced right, is great. Clean, great pub next door with delicious food from nachos to bacon scallops and steak salad, not to mention amazing beverage choices... the fitness room is not exceptional but with one working treadmill and TV, it gets the job done! And the pool across the hall is warm, inviting, clean and after a morning workout, empty! Breakfast includes all my favourites: real bacon, fresh fruit, palatable coffee and oatmeal. And it's included! Starbucks's is steps away. AND on my last trip I walked to downtown Burlington through the beautiful UVM campus and enjoyed all the delights of Church Street. Not bad for a 50 minute walk when weather permits! I love this place BUT if I find the rates go up, I will be searching again.
