Stayed just one night. The hotel is located close to many restaurants in walking distance. Nice view from the roof of the water and the Space Needle. Would have liked to know more of the local history. The hotel has a great exterior look. It is in the area that old Seattle mansions had been. It would be interesting to know what had been on the site that the hotel is now on.

This is a quaint little place that is easily overlooked right in the heart of Seattle Center. It has beautiful views of the Space Needle from some rooms. We found it to be very enchanting and love staying there whenever we are in the city.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. I asked and got the room with a harbor view. There were few restaurants nearby but were limited in selections. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym were nice amenities. It's a bit far to the tourist areas, so you do need a car if that is the reason for your visit. I opted to park in the hotel's indoor garage since it rains so much in Seattle. There's a charge of $27 a day for the garage parking. I saw some people park in the metered lot across the street as an alternative. Overall, this hotel worked very well for me.

I plan on staying here every time we are in Seattle. Short walk to the Seattle Center, and centralized location in Queen Anne district. An awesome beer hall on the same block. Breakfast was decent, staff was friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The over all experience of staying in this Apartel in downtown Seattle was very satisfying. The location was amazing. The building is less than 2 blocks from the waterfront. It's within walking distance of both the Space Needle and Pike Street Market. It's in Bell Town, right on the edge of the downtown. The view from the apartment was incredible. The Seattle waterfront and an expansive view of the Puget Sound lay right before your eyes. The interior space was newly redone and generous. The appliances also appeared to be brand new. The furniture was sparse but quite adequate. We rarely saw anyone else and the building was very quiet. This is not a luxury motel but is a very well priced 2 bedroom apartment with a nice kitchen and two bathrooms.

We wanted a unique hotel for our recent trip to Seattle that offered a somewhat different experience than the normal chain. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, found the room to be lovely, and the location was in close proximity to many Seattle attractions. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and offered us a wonderful place to unwind at the end of our busy days. This hotel was a treasure and we will seek out their locations on future trips.

The iconic Space Needle is at Seattle Center, a two-minute monorail ride from downtown. Both train and tower were built for the 1962 World’s Fair. The Seattle Center offers opera, ballet, and theater, as well as the Key Arena, the Pacific Science Center, and Experience Music Project. Nearby, the nine-acre Olympic Sculpture Park offers respite amid a waterfront view of the Olympic Mountains.
