We really enjoyed our stay. The whole place was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was OK, nothing special but you could have all the salt water taffy you could eat. Nice extra were included like free bike and DVD rentals. We stayed in the cheapest room with a king bed. It had a full size pullout sofa which was nice. The room was a touch small but what can you expect from the cheapest room? The beds were a little soft for our taste but others might love them. We never heard any hall noise which was great!

"Wonderful friendly staff makes it a real pleasure"
I booked the Mountain View Queen. It was on the North side of the building and from there I could see the ocean, some of Seaside and mountains. It was a nice place to be during the storm where I could sit back, make a cup of coffee and watch the waves. My minor complaints with the room is that all of the cable, internet boxes and logo on the TV light up the room so it never gets dark. The fridge is surprisingly loud at times.
All my interactions with staff from check-in, housekeeping, maintenance, the restaurant and check out were all very professional and still friendly. They have a really great staff.
There is a full serve restaurant called Salvatore's Cafe (as well as a small pub) so no continental breakfasts included. Hotel guests receive 10% off. Breakfast was good, though I had nothing special, just a simple eggs and potatoes dish. It was cheaper than most of the breakfast options in town. The restaurant seemed understaffed at times. I also had the prawns and chips one evening. I enjoyed it and wound up with leftovers, at a reasonable price. I didn't try the pub during this trip.
I only used the jacuzzi once during my stay. I found it to be tepid and I was not able to locate a way to turn the jets on. I know they work though as I saw them on later that day. The pool is listed as heated but didn't feel it. I would have liked a changing area and lockers.
There is a laundry room and a small fitness room.

The hotel is walking distance from most attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were there during a big storm and the hotel was prepared for everything. We spent a lot of time in the room and it was really cozy. We had pizza delivered and it was AWESOME. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We had a great stay. The room was very nice with the ocean view. The only thing bad was the guest next door to us were smoking pot so we could not keep are patio doors open all the time. When I told the front desk all they said was sorry.

The final destination of Lewis and Clark's journey west, Seaside welcomes today's coastal travelers to enjoy the view from a 1.5-mile oceanfront promenade. Seaside's history as resort town dates back to the 1800s, when visitors began heading west by train toward the area's sprawling 250-foot-wide sandy beaches. Attractions include the 1937 Seaside Aquarium, amusement rides, and beach volleyball.
