We stayed in a ocean view room on the 5th floor. The room was great and offered all you need for a stay at the beach. We arrived early and we were hoping to park our car then explore seaside but to our surprise the room was ready. We were able to check in early, unload our things and walk around the charming downtown area. The hotel itself is on the main strip and the ocean. Perfect location.
My only complaint would be the paper thin walls. You can always hear somethings while staying at hotels but nothing as bad as this. I can tell you everything both of my neighbors did while we were there. From cooking breakfast to blowing a nose. Our neighbors weren't too bad so we lucked out. The game of quarters one of them played didn't last too long.
Even with the noise factor I would stay here again. The location is worth it.

This is a newer property with top of the line amenities within walking distance of all Seaside offers. What more could you want? Even some specialties such as in-room taffy and an evening fire pit! can't wait to revisit.

Loved my stay. "Oceanfront rooms" are on ground floor - be sure to opt for the "premium ocean view" rooms and you will have a lovely view of the rolling waves! DVD player in all rooms was a nice surprise. Overall, everything was great, comfortable, clean and the staff is excellent. Nice little pub/restaurant in hotel. Or, go out for a short 5 minute walk and you're in the middle of all the action - lots of pubs and restaurants. The hotel also allows pizza delivery right to your hotel room. Nice for a lazy evening!

The final destination of Lewis and Clark's journey west, Seaside welcomes today's coastal travelers to enjoy the view from a 1.5-mile oceanfront promenade. Seaside's history as resort town dates back to the 1800s, when visitors began heading west by train toward the area's sprawling 250-foot-wide sandy beaches. Attractions include the 1937 Seaside Aquarium, amusement rides, and beach volleyball.
