I honestly don't think I could ever rave about this hotel enough. First of all, I was messed around a little bit with my flights and ended off not arriving in San Antonio until after midnight (which is the time your room is held until until you are considered a no show), I called up from fort worth and told them about the dilemma and they assured me my room would still be there when I arrived, he checked me in online efficiently which took off a level of my stress. Secondly, I arrived there around 1 in the morning / half one, and the two women at the counter were nothing but helpful. At that time there was no doorman to assist with my luggage but even one of the women offered to help me. Aside from that, they told me they would be charging my card roughly 200 over what my statement said but explained to me exactly what the $200 addition was for and that the funds would be released to me after my stay had ended, they were very patient with me and my frazzled self so I must say, Impeccable service. Then I got to my room and after 29 hours of traveling it was amazing and exactly what I had imagined it being. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the service throughout my entire stay was nothing but pleasant. Every time my partner and i walked downstairs in the morning we got greeted with a smile and everyone was so friendly. I honestly could never recommend this hotel enough. And you get more than what you pay for, absolutely incredible. :)

The hotel was right on the river walk but it was not on the busy part which for me was perfect it was much quieter sitting on the terrace. It was a very short walk on the river to get to the busier part. Hotel was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly.

Lovely facility very nice faculty. Our experience was great the grounds of the hotel is beautiful and well kept the room that we stayed in the Villa portion of the resort was beautiful. We had a little issue with our key entry. The key would only work one time. We stayed there five days on the fourth day the air-conditioned died at 11 o'clock at night but the maintenance people were able to come in very quietly even though we had children's sleeping and fix it quickly and efficiently.

Beautiful room. Nice fitness room and pool. Desk staff, bell staff and concierge were beyond excellent. The shuttle service to/from airport is a gorgeous black Lincoln Navigator, and they even took us to a local nearby restaurant.
