Business room: clean and large. Bathroom was clean. No tea, coffee, kettle in the room. Pillows were too flat, had to ask for extra one. They said you need to come down to pick it up that is a bit not polite. No carpets in the room throughout, which I would have preferred. I haven't tried the breakfast as it was too pricey at 13 Euros per person. There is a Spar market right at the same building that is perfect! Also conveniently located just opposite the underground station.

The hotel is great for a weekend visit to Vienna. Close to the beautiful Schoenbrunn castle and easy underground access to the centre of Vienna.
Reception staff were lovely and really helpful, the bar staff less so but nothing too bad.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel for a weekends visit.

We appreciate the proximity to transit access.
One of our rooms had nice quaint decor, even though we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it.
Room was a bit muggy in September, but with windows open, it was OK.
Didn't understand why the hotel restaurant didn't accept VISA whereas the hotel did.

We had a great experience at this 4 star hotel. As a family with 2 adults and 2 children, they upgraded our room to an apartment with no extra fees. They do that automatically for larger families if that apartment is available. We were lucky, and made our lives easier. Although small, the hotel has a parking behind the building, offers a very good breakfast (for extra fee), and is 3 metro stations away from the center (Opera where they have the main Hop On Hop Off location in front of the opera) and 3 from Schonbrunn palace. We actually walked to Schonbrunn and it took about 35-40 minutes with two small children.
The hotel staff were very friendly, speaking perfect English, and helped us with maps, advices for reaching places, and indicated a great restaurant nearby located in a very beautiful building. Great food too. The driving was not bad at all in Vienna, so overall we had a great experience.

Third stay at hotel -- probably last. Service is really bare bones. They should hire a nightwatch.
Reception (and main lobby) closed 21h-07h. Hence no possibility of wake-up call. Restaurant closed on weekends. Poor comfort in room; only very hard stool to sit on; armchairs in lobby are
better, but you are ousted at 20:55. Breakfast OK. EUR 13 for parking (secluded but neither
guarded nor access-restricted) is a bit a on the high side.
This bare bones service, probably motivated by cuts in personnel, is regrettable since the hotel
has quite a charming "fabrique" as an old factory, and is very well located (2 U-bahn lines nearby;
street cars, and easily accessible by car -- right on the Gurtel). Some effort in rethinking these details would go a long way towards making it a very attractive alternative.

This Viennese suburb is best known for being the summer residence of the Habsburgs. Dating from the 18th century, the palace contains nearly 1,500 rooms of dazzling Baroque and Rococo splendour. Vienna’s zoo and the elegant glass-and-iron Palmenhaus are also here and worth discovering.
