The hotel was fantastic with a very Morden and hip character. It’s very close to the public transports and shops and restaurants, location was convenient. Very chilled vibe with everything you need inside the hotel. 5/5 from me.

Stayed for 4 nights. Modern, high quality hotel located close to the Belvedere Palace and within walking distance of the city centre. Very comfortable, good sized room (603). Free wifi. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very good gym facilities. Efficient and helpful staff. Easy to reach by the S7 train from the airport to the nearby Rennweg rail station.

First impressions were.. this is a beautiful hotel.
Apart from the restaurant and bar there were no extra facilities.
The bedroom, which was the comfort room, was very spacious but the bathroom was small and you actually had to squeeze past the sink to wedge yourself on the toilet. If you are extremely overweight you would have trouble.
You have to pay extra for breakfast which was 19 euros. If you go to the cafe next door you get a lovely breakfast for much less.
We did borrow a kettle for our room but had to purchase tea/coffee/milk from the local supermarket.
So, all in all, a nice hotel but if you want extras, you have to pay for the privilage.

We had a two night stay in the hotel in November and would have stayed longer if we could, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely and spacious, beds were comfortable and the included tea and coffee making facilities was a nice touch. The location can't be faulted and the breakfast spread was amazing, pastries, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and the list goes on..
The hotel even had a free one hour classical music concert on the Sunday night that we were there and included a complimentary glass of prosecco.
You can easily walk to the city centre and St Stephen's Cathedral, the Naschmarkt is just down the street which is worth having a walk around and sampling the goods. The Metro train station is less than a ten minute walk away and from here you can easily get to Schonbrunn Palace, Prater and all the other main attractions.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This Viennese suburb is best known for being the summer residence of the Habsburgs. Dating from the 18th century, the palace contains nearly 1,500 rooms of dazzling Baroque and Rococo splendour. Vienna’s zoo and the elegant glass-and-iron Palmenhaus are also here and worth discovering.
