"Good choice - great choice if you're seeing a show"
Clean, no smells, room is dark (close the bathroom door) and you con control them temp. Bed seemed hard to the hand, but was fine to sleep on. All that's key for me in business travel. Long walk from the room to the parking lot. Definitely tricky for the elderly or baggage burdened (though you can stop at the front door first). It's above an old theater where they have broadway shows i guess. Rickety elevator adds character or if you're nervous is scary. I liked it.

Excellent condition, very friendly, present, and accommodating staff. Free breakfast not gourmet by any means but lots of choices and hot coffee. The pool/hot tub served us well with children, and seemed clean and well maintained.

"This hotel is very conveniently located in town. "
There are a couple of other hotels nearby, but since we are only there to sleep, no sense in paying twice to three times as much for a place to sleep. The rooms are clean, free wi-fi, parking lot is well lit, nice people at front desk. Breakfast is mainly cereal, oatmeal, toast or yogurt, but we always plan on going out for breakfast anyway. We come to Schenectady twice a year.
