Stayed in the area to see a Warriors game at Oracle Arena. Chose this location as not a fan of Oakland area (rundown and unsafe) and this place was great and was in a quiet area. Free breakfast was excellent too!

We stayed for just one night. The room on the fourth floor with a great view of the bay. Beds were very comfortable. The room was very quiet, not much noise from outside nor other rooms. Air conditioner / heater was new, working properly. The room was clean, except that ants appeared on the counter couple of hours after we brought in some food.

With critical lack of hotel room inventory in the area, we made our reservation the same day. This was the most reasonably priced high quality hotel in the region and we discovered that Fairmont has done an exceptional job of renovation. The staff from the bartenders to the room service personnel Were accommodating and courteous. We will absolutely return to this property. Exceptional views and lovely rooms.

We had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms. Restaurant for breakfasts was tasty with nice staff. Room cards needed for elevator (for security) took a special touch to work. Room phones did not work, but staff fixed that. Well-stocked with bath amenities. Keurig in room. No minibar or safe. Comfy beds. Location central for town and campus.
