Initially, there was some mix up with the room I booked. We got it sorted and the room was clean, staff were pleasant. The hotel was better than I expected for the cost.

Arrived really late, room had no hot water, that couldn’t be fixed. So after a days travel had to go to sleep without a shower. Was never offered to move rooms. I inquired the following morning and was given a different room. New room had bad curtains that were uneven and didn’t close properly and a phone that was not working so I couldn’t connect to the front desk or room service. Great breakfast buffet and helpful front desk agents. Lobby bar attendants not attentive, had to initiate contact.

The staff at the check-in counter was terrible. No consideration for the guest, unless you were part of a large group. They only had time and attention for large groups. Also, the room they originally gave me was completely in shambles. It had no working air conditioner, room safe, telephone or tv, no hot water, and smelled of cigarette. The room they changed me to, after I complained for one-full day, calling non-stop for them to pay attention to me, looked fine until it started raining at nighttime outside. Then a water leak the size of a waterfall started to drip on the room's main window. I was leaving the facility the very next day, and so it made no sense to request a room change, but I let the staff know how terrible I had been treated and the terrible conditions of their rooms.
