Can't fault the room or the hotel but a couple of things spoilt the stay. The enormous 27euro car park charge is out of order. Forced to park on -2 level where there is no lift into the hotel - how are you supposed to move your luggage up 10 floors. Need to rethink this policy especially as the floor above with the lift was close to empty. Reception staff were odd. 3 out of 4 were Ok but you have one member of staff who has a superiority complex, it would be nice to be greeted as a friend rather than an inconvenience. Silly things but they take the edge off of a stay.

I stayed from July 8th to 12th at this hotel.
Everything was really nice but air conditioning was not working well at all.
I had to soak hand towel and put it on my neck to cool my body until room
got enough cooling (very late night or early morning).
I'd like not you to misunderstand everyone, all other points than air conditioning
was perfect. Unluckily I stayed while very hot summer days in Madrid, but while
such a condition your should have enough air conditioning in the room I think.

Unfortunately I did not get to stay very long due to airport delays.I only spent around 7 hours in the hotel (5 of those asleep). The apartments are good, kitchen with fridge ,microwave, cooker and dishwasher.A sitting room, bedroom and bathroom,it also has a balcony(always welcome). The staff were friendly and helpful,I had a snack in the restaurant which was good with friendly service.Smoking rooms are available. The only downside was no kettle or coffee machine, and breakfast did not start until 7.30.

Real Madrid’s home, the 80,000-seat Bernabéu stadium is must-see for football fans and the stadium tour is fascinating. There is a shopping centre behind and, to the north, traditional restaurants in leafy shade, popular with office workers. Next to the stadium, the frenetic Paseo de la Castellana is lined with businesses, shops and restaurants. The Museo de Esculturas al Aire Libre has impressive sculptures.
