"Nice hotel close to Main Street and the ferries. "
Comfy bed and tall shower head. We were on the backside of the building and could hear some noise from the parking lot and people in the room above us but they stopped walking around at 10:30. Would stay here again but would request top floor, I am a light sleeper.

The pictures they provide of a comparable room were perfectly accurate except for that the bathroom shown was 5 stars and the real bathroom while quite clean was a little dated and basically what you'd get at any average hotel. The tub being a standard sized shower combo was super disappointing especially considering the cost of the room. The room beyond that and the grounds were stunning however.

"Better than expected! Great choice for the area!"
My extended family stayed here recently, as this hotel gave us a chance to all stay in the same room and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and layout of the room, also by the courtyard and the continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly as well. It is a unique, homely experience to stay here.

The hotel is tucked away, almost invisible from Potrero Avenue coming from San Pablo, yet very, very close to the freeway (very easy on going westbound toward SF). It's a nice-looking building with tiny lobby, nice rooms, pleasant staff (who may seem a bit unresponsive, but that may be because English is not their first language). Surprisingly little freeway noise, so it actually seemed peaceful. Adequate security for the parking lot. The breakfast room is too small but the food offered is fairly standard "continental" fare at medium-priced hotels these days. Pricey on the weekends, considerably lower on Sunday thru Thursday - typical of the Bay Area. Easy walk to Denny's for non-special meals, but need a car for other, serious restaurants along San Pablo Avenue. We stayed only one night, but it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything else are OK. The cleaning staffs are terrible. Speak and talk very loudly and joke around very loudly. Try to make a phone call in the living room. The cleaning staff were so loud that I was not able to concentrate on talking. I have to stop and request to lower down their voice. In the hall way the same way, the voice of cleaning ladies talk so loud like broadcasting, I was woke up in the morning but still wanted to sleep more but I could not. I have to get up and get out to request to lower down the voice.
The overall was Great if the hotel management can correct the rudeness of some of their staff.
