Comfortable beds, clean room. Good breakfast. The only problem is that there was a party on Saturday night with live music that was very loud. The music stopped until 3 a.m. !! Super annoying! Bad idea when you have other guests trying to relax and go to sleep!
Management please don't do that! You will not have us back in with my child that has epilepsy and needs to sleep early. 😳

The shower stall flooded each time we used it, and the floor inclined so that the water flowed outward away from the drain. Our room was located too close to the gym and I had to phone the front desk each night to have the shut off the music, I was told it was supposed to be turned off at 11 pm each night and it wasn't. It was turned on again each morning around 7 am. We did not get a room with a view, instead we faced a brick wall. The first night (after check-in) we dined at the hotel's restaurant and were not given the 20% discount, the waitress claimed our we did not show as being registered or checked-in yet with the front desk. We were finally given a credit for the 20%. Our dinner order also took over an hour to be served, it was just a club sandwich and quesadilla, it should not have taken so long for such an uncomplicated order.

This was my first time to stay at Quinta Real. After having stayed at a different nearby luxury hotel I wanted to try this place. I will be back. We were very pleased with the food, the staff, the hotel design, the amenities, the location.
