Fortaleza was a very cool place to stay. Our room was very spacious with large bedrooms and bathroom. We had a full kitchen and living room. The location was perfect and was walking distance from shopping and restaurants. The check-in process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend to book this place!!

It was a bitter sweet experience, I loved the location and the convenience! We were out of water for two days a huge inconvenience when you travel with an epileptic kid, and I do understand it happened in all San Juan and Carolina area, but I also think a hotel should have an emergency plan, we were given 6 smalls bottles of water to deal with the issue the first day, we did not take a shower for two days and had to spend my 2 days out of 3 days vacation with my hair full of sand and ocean water, it was very uncomfortable the second day they did not ask or offer any water we had to survive and find our ways, what I though it was a 3 days escape to paradise it ended up being very uncomfortable and unfortunate, once again I understand things happen but hotels should be ready for any kind of emergency, because I still was charged a full amount for everyday even though I did not enjoy all the amenities and benefits due to my status

Wonderful Gem in Old San Juan

Wonderful atmosphere, great location, and the friendliest staff ever. It feels like your own casita with all the bedrooms leading to the common areas which were really awesome. Would stay here again for sure.

The room was smaller than I expected but you can overcome it once you walk out of the hotel is a great location. Everything is walkable the area was beautiful. The staff was friendly and informative for the area!

We absolutely loved this cute boutique hotel on our favorite street. . Very clean and safe. So easy to find and centrally located in Old San Juan. The room had everything needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Property is great. Staff is very helpful. The only thing that was uncomfortable was that our room was on the first floor near the kitchen and in the mornings you can clearly hear all the chatter happening while people are making/drinking coffee.

Buen precio, excelente servicio y fácil check-in. Lamentablemente, uno de los baños tenía varias goteras del techo, una de ellas sobre el lavamanos lo que provocaba estuviera sucio. Las lavadoras y secadoras, del servicio de limpieza, estaban justo al lado del cuarto y hubo toallas sucias tiradas en el piso.
