The rooms were comfortable and clean
They seemed a little short staffed at the front desk, we had to wait to check-in and check-out
The bar at pool was closed and didn’t appear to been open for a long time
The fridge is completely stocked with product your can purchase from the hotel but it leaves you no room for person requirements.

The hotel was right in the middle of everything. Walk a couple of blocks for food/drinks and a lot of activity in Downtown San Jose. The hotel is just a short ride from the airport.
Only problem is there is no self parking at the hotel. It is all valet parking
Overall though we had a great time and comfy rooms.

We stayed here with our dog, and the price is amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noise outside and from the airplanes. Normally that doesn't bother me too much, but my dog kept waking up and barking.

The room was clean and well kept. But you cannot say that there is breakfast included. The so called continental breakfast was a joke!!!! Would not stay there again unless I had no choice, or needed to be right down close the collage.
