I called the hotel after booking to confirm reservation and to advise that I wanted top floor. When we arrived, I was told that they didn’t have any rooms upstairs and that the hotel was all full up. I was upset that the lady I spoke with earlier that day failed to set aside a top room but decided to give it a try. At around 1130pm my wife and I went to bed and the noise from above our room was never ending including was sounded like running and dropping heavy objects. Every time I would fall asleep I would be awakened abruptly by noise. I finally gave up and we decided to drive home to Orange County. I would like a full refund.

1) Room AC was set @ 80 upon check-in. We set it @ 70; did not cool down after 2 hours. Set it @ 65; still did not cool down when we finally went to bed @ midnight? 2) At approximately 8 am, someone opened our door w/a key. Luckily the chain bolt was latched to stop their entry; the male was looking straight @ me as I was laying in bed; we made eye contact! I yelled very loud so the 2 rooms surrounding us could hear me! Then I called the front desk & was told that our room appeared to be vacant! The front desk apologized!

It was amazing, from Emily welcoming me upon check-in to check-out . Everyone was pleasant, the room clean, smelled clean, was large, bed COMFY, bathroom was nice and the water got so hot, my favorite part. Pool and spa perfection!
