"Perfect in every way"
I can't say enough good things about Maria Condesa. From beginning to end, we had the best experience possible. We were warmly welcomed by friendly, helpful staff and a complimentary drink. The facilities were wonderful at this small, boutique hotel, the room was very clean, a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks was included in our room and the variety of breakfast selections was delicious. If we needed a dinner reservation, help purchasing a ticket for a museum or a taxi to the airport, the staff was ready to assist. Plus, the location in a the residential neighborhood of Condesa also had a multitude of culinary options, from inexpensive to more upscale. Enthusiastic revelersncan often be heard in the late evening in this neighborhood, but they never stopped us from getting our sleep. If I return to Mexico City, I will look no further for a place to stay.

"This is a wonderful hotel. "
We stayed here for 5 nights with two kids, and couldn't have asked for better! The staff is absolutely wonderful--so kind and accommodating. The room was always spotless, the kids loved the shallow pool (perfect for young children), and the hotel taxi service was fantastic and reasonably priced. We booked a private tour of Teotihuacan with Sr. Fernando, who is a tour guide for the hotel, and it was great--very reasonable. We don't know CDMX very well, but the location worked well for us. Easy walk to Chapultepec Park, and close to two other lovely small parks with play structures. We would definitely stay here again!

"Best hotel experience ever! "
When searching for a place to stay photos of this luxurious hotel caught my attention. It was a little more than what I was planning on spending but it offered so much at a very reasonable price. The exterior if the building is nondescript but upon entering the lobby we were awestruck by the marble floors of the clean ample lobby. The hotel staff was very friendly. The check-in super fast. A man carried our bags to our room. When we entered we were so surprised to see just how big the suite was. Our son ran to the bathroom because he wanted to see the Jacuzzi and he was so thrilled. The Jacuzzi was plenty big enough for two people. Everything was so clean. Two white bathrobes hung in the closet. There was an ironing board, iron, safe, and lots of hangers. The bedroom very spacious with adjoining living room area. A huge television say on a turntable in between the two rooms so you could watch television from either side simply by turning it around, or even to watch in the kitchen. I LOVED the kitchen! I really like to cook. It was a full kitchen with toaster, blender, microwave and two burner electric stove. A full size refrigerator with freezer. A sink and a cabinet full of pots and pans, plates and glasses, and a drawer with spatulas, forks, knifes and spoons. A beautiful counter top and a block with cutting knives... The beds were super comfy, with lots of pillows and plush comforters and extra blankets. Wood flooring everywhere. A glass dining table. Everything so clean!

"Great hotel, perfect location"
My husband and I booked this hotel in Mexico City recently and had a great time. First of all, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived at 11:30 and by 12:30 we were at the hotel and they were nice enough to let us check in upon arrival. They also, gave us a map along with places they recommended to eat and popular tourist attractions. They also, help you book events through Ticketmaster. Our room was small but it was perfect for us because we spent minimal time there. The location was perfect. They are across the street from the Catedral and several tourist buses. It is also definitely a safe area. My husband and I were never nervous about being out. We were able to walk to the Palacio de Bellas artes for a ballet folklorico performance from the hotel and walk back around 11 pm. Great hotel and staff I would definitely visit again.

San Angel is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in San Angel, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your San Angel hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
