Not knowing when booking, this hotel is mainly for young families, especially weekends. It has a heated pool with night time music activity. During the week quiet and not so hetic during lobby registration and gathering of tourrist information. Staff excellent. Need more staff during the weekends to process guests quicker to avoid long waiting lines. Room was perfect except for the bathroom shower. No grab bar in the shower stall and hated the shower head. The entry door to the shower should open from the right as to regulate the water temperature much more easily. Who likes to be sprayed with ice cold waer before reaching the warm setting to control the temperature of the water. Lighting of the bathroom way, way to dark. The beding was excellent and a cloud like feel when sleeping. Pillows could be newer. Towels too ruff. Loved the fireplace in the room.
