"Spacious loft in nice area"
We stayed at the loft for one night. Our overall experience was good. The entrance of the location is a little unclear, as there are no signs indicating that the apartments are there. The address is exactly as listed, though, and we could just walk in. There is no front desk, so I would advise calling the number in your confirmation email a little in advance to make arrangements for getting the key. We arrived in Montreal early, so we decided to see if we could check-in already or at least drop our bags. If we hadn't ran in to the cleaning lady we probably wouldn't have been able to do so, since no-one was picking up when we called the phone number. The apartment was very spacious with lots of natural light. It looked as advertised, although the place was a little less well-maintained as we expected from the photographs (floors and walls could do with a touch-up). As mentioned in earlier reviews, it feels like some things are missing: no shower curtain, no bed lamps, cable tv didn't work, no curtains, no garbage can in the kitchen. It didn't bother us too much, but it's worth mentioning. The place was pretty clean, so no complaints there. The bed was comfortable, queen size. The bathroom was fine too, with a shower and bath. The kitchen was ok for minor cooking, but again here are some things missing. We experienced little noise from the street, but some noise from neighbours could be heard. Overall, the place is good, but slightly overpriced for the quality.

"Near downtown, great price"
You get what you pay for! Nice location, near downtown. The place is old, need for some renovations, but it's ok. Shower wasn't working well, the room was cold, but bed was ok and it was good for one night!

"Great hotel close to the action"
Very pleased with our stay at Hotel 10. I surprised my girlfriend with a night in Montreal and was very pleased with everything about the hotel. Very friendly staff, great hotel bar, and close to all the action (5 minute cab ride to wherever you want to go). Only downside was there is no pool, but we weren't looking for that, and the rooms have some of the nicest bathrooms I've seen.

"On st Laurent "
We were in room 301 facing St Laurent, very popular, fun, busy and LOUD. Next time I'd request a room toward the back. Windows shut and air conditioning on, and still traffic noise. A/C unit was rigged up with a cheap large plastic pipe which fell out of the window and we had to re-rig it, but then it worked, thank goodness as it was hot and humid and did I mention LOUD so the white noise was crucial. The building was very solidly built, absolutely NO creaking floors when we walked so the room was fine for all three of us (brother slept on the couch), and we didn't disturb each other when we got up early etc. The person who let us in was friendly and helpful and prompt. We had a problem with the circuit breaker overloading but he was very quick in telling us how to reset the breaker. Quality of the kitchen cabinets was obviously cheapest of the cheap as they were falling apart. Slimy equipped kitchen but we didn't use it. Stove and fridge were functional.

"Great stay. Awesome owner."
What an amazing stay! Laurence, the owner of the building, really helped us out of a jam after our Airbnb booking fell through. We booked on Expedia and was able to connect with him 30-minutes afterwards to receive the keys. Great guy! So courteous. We even offered to provide additional towels and water. The apartment is best suited for 4 people. We gladly accepted the up-charge for the additional person. We stayed on the top floor of this 3-story building. The newly renovated apartment was super modern and great for our bachelor party of 6. We were situated half a block from Buonanotte and had a smashing time hanging outside the balcony - people watching. Love, love, love it. He also has a couple of other properties in quieter parts of town. I highly recommend him. --Juin

Saint Laurent Boulevard is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Saint Laurent Boulevard, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Saint Laurent Boulevard hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
