"Trendy, loft style hotel"
Staff was very nice, bilingual, and had great recommendations for places to eat in the city. The 24 hour gym is small but sufficient. The rooms are beautiful and the king beds and high ceilings are what made me come back to this place for a second time. Customer service from room keeping staff was great. Perfect location for being in the heart of a trendy area in the city.

"Not bad"
I guess I had a great experience except their breakfast offer was a joke. Either you offer a real breakfast or drop your bad offer

"Great location, wonderful hotel, cold shower"
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was on my own for this trip and requested a room with a desk. It was a corner room with a great view of the street and a festival was going on nearby. I was at first worried it would be loud all night, but it got quiet after 11pm and I had no trouble sleeping. The room was nicely decorated, loved the exposed brick, and it was spacious. I never heard people clomping around in the evenings or anything, even though I was there on the weekend. The only time I really heard noise was in the mid mornings sometimes you could hear a rolling suitcase far down the hall. The two things I didn't like about the hotel: The breakfast was not great... don't recommend paying extra for it unless you are okay with just eating carbs (ie. croissant, toast, bagel, maybe a mini cup of fruit or a mini thing of yogurt). There was no protein, and there wasn't always even fruit. My other complaint was that every morning there was never enough hot water in the hotel. I would turn on the shower and it would already be cold. So, if you're okay with only showering in the evening, this is fine!

"Excellent location"
The location was perfect... Close to Place des art for the ballet, to many restaurants, and lots of shopping. As for the hotel, the room was clean and the staff was great. The bed and pillows were a tad hard but we weren't really there for complete r&r.

"Heart of Montreal, for a good price!"
If you're looking for a place to stay in Montreal, and you want something cultured, Hotel Villa does the job. We loved the feel of the place, and how comfy it felt. My girlfriend and I spent a lot of our time just relaxing in the hotel itself, instead of going out! Of course, the issue we had was that the budget rooms don't have washrooms in them, so it was a bit of a pain to use the shared washroom, and all together not the funnest experience, but besides that, it was great!

"On st Laurent "
We were in room 301 facing St Laurent, very popular, fun, busy and LOUD. Next time I'd request a room toward the back. Windows shut and air conditioning on, and still traffic noise. A/C unit was rigged up with a cheap large plastic pipe which fell out of the window and we had to re-rig it, but then it worked, thank goodness as it was hot and humid and did I mention LOUD so the white noise was crucial. The building was very solidly built, absolutely NO creaking floors when we walked so the room was fine for all three of us (brother slept on the couch), and we didn't disturb each other when we got up early etc. The person who let us in was friendly and helpful and prompt. We had a problem with the circuit breaker overloading but he was very quick in telling us how to reset the breaker. Quality of the kitchen cabinets was obviously cheapest of the cheap as they were falling apart. Slimy equipped kitchen but we didn't use it. Stove and fridge were functional.

"Great stay. Awesome owner."
What an amazing stay! Laurence, the owner of the building, really helped us out of a jam after our Airbnb booking fell through. We booked on Expedia and was able to connect with him 30-minutes afterwards to receive the keys. Great guy! So courteous. We even offered to provide additional towels and water. The apartment is best suited for 4 people. We gladly accepted the up-charge for the additional person. We stayed on the top floor of this 3-story building. The newly renovated apartment was super modern and great for our bachelor party of 6. We were situated half a block from Buonanotte and had a smashing time hanging outside the balcony - people watching. Love, love, love it. He also has a couple of other properties in quieter parts of town. I highly recommend him. --Juin

Saint Laurent Boulevard is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Saint Laurent Boulevard, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Saint Laurent Boulevard hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
