The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative is if you use wash clothes they are hard to come by. You get two thin and i mean paper thin wash clothes and thats it. We had to go purchase loofahs to bathe with.
But i will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was inexpensive, really well-located, and beautiful. The staff were especially excellent; very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. My friend and I stayed here after spending 2 months in hostels, and it was well worth it!

We loved leaving every morning and seeing the River Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral. The full kitchen in the room was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The key card access security for the front door, elevators, and room made me feel very safe in the hotel. And finally, the hotel staff was always friendly, always professional, and so helpful. We did not ever purchase the hotel breakfast because it was very expensive considering we were 5 minutes away from many restaurants with cheaper options, but it did smell good every morning. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

The hotel is superb, including the cozy atmosphere and fresh design, friendly and attentive staff, sound/light-proofing, the location and the cleanliness. We had a very small room, however it was clean and convenient nevertheless, with tall ceilings and two arched double-windows into a quiet street, and a well-arranged modern bathroom. We avoided booking available breakfast option in advance, which was nice to have in the hotel nevertheless, just in case. There are plenty of cafe, restaurants, and small stores nearby, including a pharmacy store! There is a little kids playground in Shevchenko park a couple of blocks away, and a Ukrainian cathedral is nearby (wow, an unexpected ethnic perk for me!). Metro line 4 is just a block away. Live street music at the near-by Saint Germain square and a crepe stand were special treats for my 15-year-old daughter. The Louvre and the Notre Dame de Paris are just a short walk away. Highly recommend, and we will likely come back to this fantastic hotel again.

Most other hotels in this area were more expensive, and didn't offer the same amenities. The value for this hotel was excellent. The staff and the hotel itself were top notch with the class and feel of a much more expensive hotel!
