Definitely recommend! We had an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved in a professional manner! Then our air conditioner wasn't working properly but we chose to wait until the next morning to talk to the front desk since it was already after midnight and the temperature wasn't unbearable. The next morning we informed the manager and they switch us rooms. The manager was very polite and more than willing to resolve the issue! Customer service was definitely a priority!!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff was very nice, with the exception of the front desk employee. Rooms are clean, breakfast was small but hot and fresh. Pool was over full, dirty, and a little cloudy. Overall was satisfied with our stay.

Was not expecting much but was surprised to see the table with delicious coffee, cookies and fresh water right at the entrance. This was not provided at the Hilton near the Galleria in Houston. The only draw back was no free breakfast. Other than that our stay was excellent. Maria at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She pretty much made our day and we'll certainly be back because of her!

Although its founding is tied to cattle and railroads, Round Rock’s recent history has been rewritten from bedroom community to economic powerhouse. This suburb is home to Dell headquarters. The computer company’s visible imprint includes its 300-acre campus and the Dell Diamond minor-league baseball stadium. Its influence, however, extends to area tree planting and well-funded city parks.
