"Nice hotel very central to a lot of sights"
The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was close to a lot of sights. Easily accessible to the Metro. I felt safe in the hotel and the area surrounding. I would stay there again.

"Pleasant experience"
Upon checking in we found out we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a wraparound balcony. The seventh floor outdoor bar area had not been completed as yet. This will add a beautiful view of the city especially during sunsets. I would definitely recommend this hotel. .

"Close to the Termini Station."
Nice hotel, well located. Big rooms (considering the size standard for hotel rooms in Rome). Quiet (at least the room I've got with backyard view). The only reason I do not give 5/5 is because: a) Air Conditioning was not working (I was told that this is because the season of the year... and the temperature was warm. It's really non sense this kind of thing b) I had to get my flight at 10 PM. When I asked for a late check-out, it was refused and I had to stay wondering until 6 PM so I went to the airport. c) Room floor was little dirty (I had my feet with dust while in barefoot at the room)

"Classic hotel next to Trevi Fountain"
A classic hotel at a perfect location in Rome....next to Trevi fountain...the shopping street of Via del Corso....Galleria Alberto Sordi....several restaurants surrounding the hotel....a supermarket and several cafes The staff were extremely friendly and offered immediate assistance. Our room was spacious and good however the bathrooms need to be updated and modernized. Wifi was ok however it needs improvement by facilitating the logging in procedure. Breakfast was ok....however it lacked variety... I wold recommend adding more italian food and pastry I would also recommend adding kettles or Nespresso Machines to the rooms

"Weekend Break to Rome"
I chose the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese after reading reviews on Expedia and it didn't disappoint. Our stay at this hotel was very relaxing and the staff made us feel more than welcome. They emailed me before my arrival to check if I had any special requirements, estimated arrival time etc.

"Beautiful Hotel"
Beautiful Hotel with pleasant friendly staff. However, beware it is a nightclub Thursday thru Saturday nights. Expect a lot of noise from midnight to 3:30am those nights. My pregnant wife and I didn't get much sleep those nights. Luckily we were jet lagged anyway. I put in a complaint and the manager offered me a free upgrade to their best suite next time we visit. Otherwise great. Good breakfast and food, but whenever I ordered room service they seemed to be out of whatever I ordered and would always have to substitute. That might have just been because March was the off season for them. Location was good for us. Short walk to trains, buses, and even some shopping and attractions. Overall we enjoyed our stay except that we couldn't sleep a few nights.

"Very well situated but lacked polish"
Well situated hotel. Very nicely decorated. Good breakfast. Exuded an air of luxury. Some of the functions of the hotel were in need of repair. The sink plug didn't work, shower door wouldn't close. The front desk staff were very polite but not very clued up with recommendations for dinner etc. These were small issues that didn't spoil the overall experience. We left feeling very satsfied and felt the hotel was worth the price.

"Great hotel and great location"
Room was very comfortable, large bed, and big bathroom - possibly the best hotel shower I've ever used. The spa and sauna were an added bonus particularly after all the walking. Staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food - plenty of places nearby for breakfast and dinner. For a short break the hotel is perfectly located for all the major sights - all are within walking distance. In fact, not walking means you will miss out on all the other surprises that seem to appear around virtually every corner. Would definitely stay here again. A lovely hotel in a beautiful city.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Rome Historic Centre hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
