Near the airport, but inconvenient without a car. Shuttle will take you to the airport and back if you want to go to Paris for some sightseeing. Hotel is great, clean and well taken care of. Staff went out of the way to help us. Not much to do in the neighborhood.

I did not pay the extra for early check-in, nor the extra for breakfast, but the base price was a great bargain for a hotel near the airport with a shared shuttle service every 20 minutes. If you just missed the Black Bus at the Millenium, you can catch it 3 to 5 minutes later by walking across the street to the Best Western. There is a pleasant public exercise path next to the hotel that you can use as a shortcut to town, including an excellent baker (pattiserie). The hotel pool was quite big, the hama too hot for me and the sauna was boarded up. Internet service was OK most of the time but dropped out sometimes.

Very isolated from the other Airport hotels. No bars, restaurants or cafes nearby and the hotel bar closes at/before midnight which was actually the worst part upon arriving at 11:45 p.m. after an 8 hour drive. Airport hotel services are usually a bit more hospitable to weary travelers. Though impressive upon first glance, it turns out that it's just your standard disposable hotel that appears to have been built to only last a couple of years. Our room was quite clean though, but that should be expected with a new hotel. Doesn't appear that those in charge care very much about the details between the elevator and room though. The front desk person we dealt with was great. Overall our experience was OK for our 7 hr sleep. Might be a stretch to say 4.3/5. It's a fairly new hotel and clean as of Sept 2016, I'd give it a 3.9, but it may not bode so well a year from now.

Be careful if booking this hotel and using the shuttle from CDG. There are two places to pick up the shuttle on level 5 of terminal 2. This hotel is the Residhome Appartements Roissy-Park which uses the Gold Bus across from the elevators. A different Residhome Appartements shuttle is around the corner on level 5 - don't wait for it. Other tips - at check-in ask for the shuttle schedule if you are flying out the next day. We didn't know to ask for it. It wasn't offered and when we later called reception to find out when the shuttle came, they said 5-8, which was meant to be 5:08 when the shuttle started in the morning. The times vary during the day (it's not, like, every 30 minutes) so ask for a shuttle schedule. Also, we had to call Room Service to get the phone number for reception because there was no information whatsoever in the room on how to use the phones, even to get an outside line or to call reception. An outside line is 9 (although I have no idea about the costs) and reception is 800.
Given this information you might think that this hotel isn't worth the effort. We had stayed there before and will stay there again. The room is modern, upgraded and clean with good lighting and a comfortable bed. The TV has multiple channels in English (as well as several other languages) and it has a mini-kitchen with a fridge, stove and dishes. And the price was reasonable. The evening reception crew wasn't very helpful but the morning crew was exceptional. Bon voyage.

Only stayed one night on s flight lay over. The receptionist was kind enough to let me checkin early after arriving early morning from Singapore. The room itself was tired with quite a few marks and damaged patches. However the bed was comfortable and very welcome after a 12 hour flight. The room / suite was clean.
The lobby and public areas were a bit scruffy too.
There is a shuttle bus (Gold line) that connects to CDG and airport rail station which I used to go into central Paris for the evening.
A reasonable choice if the price is right.

Paris’ main international airport lies northeast of the city centre. A free shuttle bus links its three terminals. RER Line B3 (Roissyrail) trains run from Terminal 2 to Gare du Nord and other central Paris RER stations, taking about 25 minutes. Roissybus shuttles link all three terminals with Place de l’Opéra. Buses depart every 15 minutes; journey time is about an hour. Air France shuttles stop at the Arc de Triomphe.
