The phone cord fell out every time we picked up the phone. The toilet ran all the time. Told the front desk and was told how to flush the toilet. Hold down the handle and pull it all the way up. Which did nothing. We reported it again when we left.

Excellent stay

Excellent room and cleanliness was amazing. Breakfast was phenomenal as well. The only thing was a little uncomfortable was the bed, slightly hard. Shower pressure was awesome and I also enjoyed how quiet the hotel was considering the amount of people staying during our stay.
