If you have to stay

Due to my town not having power for 2 days and no sight of it coming back, i booked this hotel nearby for my family to stay in and cool for a couple nights. We checked in late at night, waited minutes to get assistance and then another 20 minutes to check in. I had the rooms already reserved and the night receptionist ended up charging me again. Once we got our room we went in passed out. Only good thing was that the room was cool. The next morning after we returned after getting breakfast, we noticed mold everywhere. I can't believe I had my family breathe that in all night. I went ahead and checked out that afyernoon instead of staying another night.

A little bit older property. When we arrived to the room, under the air conditioner was wet. We put a towel on the floor and had no issues, the AC worked perfectly. Staff was friendly, Eve. Called the room within 30 minutes to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Place is a joke. We ordered a cot and also told them we checked in at 3pm. They said the person to get them was already home for the day. We waited for 25 minutes in the lobby to check in while the women behind the counter was talking on her phone. There is broken glass bottles all over the ground. The steps to the 2nd floor are broke. And have cones blocking them. I told my kids to the pool and they had several guests arguing and one said he was going to get a gun.

Staff was extremely nice, it was a little bizarre finding out that it was a pet friendly hotel. However, the room was extremely large, it was actually two rooms combined into one.

The front desk staff is amazing.They make this place warm and inviting. We stayed on the bottom floor and there was a moisture issue that the AC struggled to deal with. I would also say house keeping was a bit lacking. The bathrooms were a bit undercleaned. Breakfast was charming. There is a convenience store nearby to grab drinks and snacks. We doordashed pizza from a local pizza place that was super tasty. Beds were very comfortable. The price was right. Again...Amazing Front Desk folks.
