It's hard to beat the price of Motel 6 and this hotel is good if you come prepared. We bring towels from home and our own coffee pot. Rooms have a micro/ridge which is nice. It gets pricey if a special event is going on though.

A great experience. Don't let the ghost stories scare you away. This is a beautiful Christian home. Breakfast was a tasty treat with the best cup of coffee, fresh fruit, and delish french toast. Save a little bacon for Lacey. She is a charmer. The pictures of the home are well represented to the website.

"A dated Hotel that was on the water and was clean "
We arrived prior to the scheduled check in time but the staff was able to get our room ready and we were able to get into the room prior to the advertised check in time. This hotel is acceptable and clean.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean & beautiful decor. The only reason I gave them a 4 rating as opposed to a 5 is because of their breakfast. We travel alot and have stayed in pretty much every hotel chain and the breakfast served at this hotel was by far the worst. Biscuits were doughy, eggs & meat products cold, juice tasted watered down, pancakes made from a 1 minute machine that came out flater than pancakes , not even good coffee. Definitely needs revamping. We would stay there again, just not for breakfast.

Rockport, surrounded by the sparkling waters of Copano and Aransas Bays on the Texas Gulf Coast, is a popular destination for its beach, ski basin, and sport fishing. Live oak trees dominate the area, and the state’s oldest live oak, “Big Tree,” resides on the Lamar Peninsula, about 10 miles (16 km) away. Birding enthusiasts are drawn to the annual Hummer and Birding Expo and the nearby Aransas National Wildlife Refuge.
