A great hotel with friendly staff! There were conferences going on which made the lobby a little congested in the morning and evenings but it was tolerable. We had a junior suite which was huge. For our 4 night stint in Old Town, it was perfect. 5 minute walk to quaint Old Town. Absolutely would stay again if ever in Albuquerque again!!!

We had to drop off our Honda at Perfection Honda in Albq and decided to stay very close at the extended stay. Staff very friendly and my husband was thrilled the room had a recliner!😊. Very clean and exactly as represented.

I'd give the hotel 3.5 stars, but there is no way to do that.
At check-in, my reservation (for which I had already paid) was incorrect but was quickly rectified. Front desk clerk didn't explain anything except where my room was situated. I had to call to ask about the laundry room and to explore to find other facilities. The cleaning staff were very nice and professional and the wait staff at the attached restaurant were great.
The bed was comfortable and I slept well. TV had Showtime and lots of channels. I didn't find the chair comfortable. The room had a refrigerator but no extras. There was no free breakfast. Don't try to find free tea; there is no way to get it.
I had four meals at the attached restaurant and enjoyed them all.
Location, in the Old Historic district and close to the highway, was very good. It's a reasonable walk to museums, the zoo and the aquarium. I'd recommend the Natural Science museum. And, if you like mountains, drive up to the Sandia Crest. It's also near the beginning of a 16-mile walk/bike path.

Located in Northwest Albuquerque, Rio Rancho is one of New Mexico’s fastest growing suburbs. Its master-planned downtown includes the Santa Ana Star Center, home of the New Mexico Scorpions hockey team. The facility also hosts big-name entertainers and concerts. Casino gaming is nearby.
