We are group of 4 and book two rooms, from staffs to rooms all great.
What I want to say is the staff went to extra step to help us.
My brother fund out his "international cell phone" plus his noise cancellation head phone ... were left on the desk draw at hotel's room but we are already at Phoenix Airport; I call the front desk, I believe was the front desk manager said the room already been check in by new customers but she took extra step, contact the new customers, got permission, went to the room and found our lost items, she also mail them back to us in NY too.
Thanks you Arabella Hotel ( sorry, we were in the rush and forgot asking her name)

"reasonable place to stay near Bell Rock in Sedona"
my husband and I stayed here because it was walking distance to a wedding at another hotel that we could not afford to stay at. This place reminded me of a desert themed Motel 6. Not much on the amenities but still clean and safe. Room came with a fridge and a microwave as well as a coffee maker. Walking distance to a couple places to eat. Great Thai place, pizza and a coffee shop all in the mini mall behind the motel. Sedona is gorgeous and needs to be explored so if you are looking or a cheap place to stay while you wander the red rocks, this will do fine.

Went for our 45th Anniversary. Gorgeous grounds as well as rooms fit for King's and Queens. The restaurants had the best food - everything we ate was perfection. We had breakfast, lunch and 2 dinners during our 3 night stay. Each and every meal was delicious! Staff was so attentive - they couldn't do enough for you. Brought our 2 dogs. Walking paths were shaded and landscaping was gorgeous.

Very good since i only paid $65 plus the resort fee since i had expecia deal. Studio room meant i could prepare a meal for the first time in weeks and was very well equipped. Pool was great and a staff member gave me some good tips on places to see (he wasnt an official guest adviser). Reception staff are a bit over the top with the greeting and of course you get a voucher if you buy into time share but no-one hassled. Is a few miles south of sedona but a good town for sightseeing and shopping fir groceries etc and much less busy.

Hair dryer not working. Had to call twice because my wife had just washed her hair before she discovered it did not work. Took about 15 minutes and it was early in the morning. Morning breakfast needed refills on eggs and hash brown. I told staff, who were talking to each other at the front desk. Made me feel like I was imposing. They got it done finally but seem not to pay attention to such details as there was an early morning rush to eat.

Rimrock is the closest community to one of Sedona’s most visited attractions: the Montezuma Castle National Monument. The “castle” is a 45-50-room, five-story limestone cliff dwelling built in the 1200s by the Sinagua. 11 miles away, the spring-fed Montezuma Well is a desert oasis for humans and wildlife. Nearby, the V-Bar-V Heritage Site has the area’s largest collection of petroglyphs.
