I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.

Location was convenient. Reception was ok. My bedsheet smelled like they never changed. A blanket in the bed smelled so bad and was dirty. I had to ask reception for a clean one. I had to use a clean sweater as a pillowcase. I believe they should be more careful with how they clean.

The front desk woman has Absolutely No clue and is Very RUDE! I called the day before and she was Rude! I checked in and she was Rude! My girlfriend arrived 2 hours after me and the First thing she said to me, before even saying hello, was that the woman at the front desk is very Rude! Kitchen was fine. Full fridge, microwave and a two burner stove. Nothing but interstate noise all night long. Terrible experience. That woman should not be working with people!
