I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years when I visit. It’s my favorite it’s close to the airport always get a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. I do miss the dinners you used to serve!!!

We had a confirmed, prepaid reservation but were held at check-in for two hours because our payment was to Hotels.com rather than to the hotel itself. We had no way of knowing this and it should not have been our problem.

They tried to give excuse but excuses don’t fix it

They advertised pool and hot tub. Pool was disgusting hot tub was not operational. We got no room service at all. Have been coming there for years but this was the worse!! I was wondering why I hadn’t seen anyone in the pool. On the second day I went to the pool and saw why!! My stay was based on the pool and room service. I got neither!

When we first checked in, the clerk was very rude and was on his cell phone. Another woman behind the counter had to finish checking us in because she saw we were being ignored even after he started our check in. The pool was greenish They "forgot" to clean my room. And then made me gather all linens and deliver them to the front desk before they would give me more. There were ants all over our room and the window leaked water right in when it rained.
