This hotel was a mixed bag. We stayed in a suite and had plenty of room. That was great, because we were traveling with our 10 month old who is crawling all over the place. There was a fridge, sink and microwave. The bathroom was clean, though our room seemed overall dark and dingy. The couch was really worn, with the seat cushions failing. I worried about my kiddo crawling all over, but what are you going to do? :0) There was very little lighting. The A/C was loud.
The breakfast was good for $5. The front staff was nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool with our little one. There was a good supply of towels at the pool too. The location is great for wine tasting and families. There was a Red Robin in the parking lot. Overall, for the room rate, it was a decent stay.

One of the Tri-Cities, Richland is in the heart of Washington's wine-producing region, and numerous wineries can be found in the surrounding hills. Chamna Natural Preserve has miles of hiking, jogging, and biking trails set along Columbia River wetlands. The city is also a hub of scientific research, due to proximity to the former Hanford Nuclear site.
